Camp Reservation Process

  • Review the Frequently Asked Questions.

  • Review the Rules and Regulations.

  • Review the Calendar from the menu above for availability of camp.

  • Obtain the Old Kia Kima Facilities Usage Agreement from the Director of Camp Utilization, Jimmy Hayslip, at email: OKKPA.Reservation@gmail.com

  • Forward deposit to Phillip Wiedmeyer, OKKPA Treasurer, after obtaining date to attend camp. Deposit must be received to complete a reservation.

  • Complete and bring the Facilities Usage Agreement to camp and turn in to the Ranger.

  • Complete and bring the Waiver and Release of Liability for each attendee to camp and turn in to the Ranger.

  • Check in with the Ranger upon arrival at camp.

  • Check out with the Ranger prior to departing camp.
